These terms apply to all purchases made on aiglassz.com, which is operated by iComChain LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“AIGLASSZ”, “we”). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars and include free shipping within the United States. Sales tax is added at checkout where applicable.
An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred.
Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our secure payment providers.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies form part of these terms. Products are covered against defects for 12 months from delivery.

Product information

We do our best to describe every product accurately. Specifications such as battery life and camera resolution are provided by the manufacturer and may vary with use. Product images are for illustration; colour may differ slightly from the item delivered.

Smart glasses and cameras – responsible use

Camera glasses, body cameras and voice recorders must be used in accordance with local laws on recording and privacy. Always obtain consent where required.

Intellectual property and brands

Ray-Ban, Meta, Oakley and other brand names are used solely to describe compatibility of accessories. AIGLASSZ is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands unless stated.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
