Where is my order?
Your tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships, usually within 1–3 business days. You can also see it any time by logging in to My Account. Most orders arrive within 7–14 days.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@aiglassz.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We reply with a return authorisation and the return address within one business day. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
Can you help me choose the right product?
Yes. Tell us the product name and what you want it to do and we will give you a straight answer — including if it is not the right product for you.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently we ship within the United States only. Every US order ships free.
Which accessories fit my Meta glasses?
Every accessory listing states the frame generation (Gen 1 / Gen 2) and style it fits. If you are unsure, send us a photo of your frames and we will confirm.
