Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free on every order within the United States – there is no minimum order value and no surprise fees at checkout.

Delivery times

Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery: most orders arrive within 7–14 days of dispatch. Items stocked in our US warehouse typically arrive in 3–7 days; items shipped from our international fulfilment partners take 10–14 days.
Each product page shows the delivery estimate that applies to that item.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves the warehouse and is also visible under My Account. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Orders to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted but may take a few extra days. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Duties and taxes

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. There are no import duties or customs charges to pay on delivery.

Problems with a delivery

If your order has not arrived within 20 days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@aiglassz.com with your order number and we will replace or refund it.
