What can be returned
- Any item within 30 days of delivery
- Unused items in resalable condition with original packaging — full refund
- Opened electronics in perfect working order — refundable, may carry a 15% restocking fee
- Defective, damaged-in-transit or not-as-described items — replaced or refunded at our cost, return shipping covered
What cannot be returned
- Custom-made prescription lenses (unless faulty)
- Items returned without a return authorisation
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned item arriving with us. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take a further 3–7 business days for the refund to show on your statement. Original shipping was free, so the full item price is refunded on eligible returns.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, colour or model, tell us when you request your return authorisation. We ship the replacement as soon as the original item is scanned in by the carrier, so you are not waiting on a refund before re-ordering.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo or short video. We will send a replacement or a full refund without requiring the item back in most cases, and we cover any return shipping if it is needed.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it can be returned under this policy after delivery.
Restocking fee
Opened electronics in perfect working order can still be returned within 30 days but may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging. Unopened items and faulty items are never charged a restocking fee.
